Responsabilities:
Responsible for the administration and support of Oracle's compensation and benefits programs regionally or by country.Create reports to administer and measure effectiveness of compensation & benefits initiatives.
Research and propose solutions for ad hoc compensation and benefits issues raised by HRBPs/business stakeholders with a datadriven approach.
Develop presentation materials and provide updates to stakeholders as programs evolve.
Design benefits policies and administration procedures, selects vendors, prepares costs projections, seeks approval, and implements new/changed benefit programs.
Participate in the implementation of annual open enrollment and other regular Benefits programs. Participate in and lead a wide variety of departmental projects.Conduct a periodic review of the Compensation & Benefits policies, procedures, communications, and documentations to ensure up-to-date information and relevance.
Identify problem areas and provide recommendations for process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
Relevant broad-based compensation and/or benefits experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Strong customer service/computer skills.
Experience in Excel, including experience building analyses and models.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking. Flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
Data-driven person who is highly organized and can also think creatively. Strong project management skills – ability to create project plans and move teams through each step of the project successfully.
